When ordering over the Internet, a purchase contract is concluded once your payment has been approved.
First sorting
All products are handmade Swedish glass with the manufacturer’s quality mark for first sorting.
To guarantee that the product maintains the promised quality, all products are inspected an extra time by Bergdalahyttan.
You can be sure that you get products of the highest quality.

Shipping
All products shown in the store are available for immediate delivery.
All deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL. To private individuals in Sweden, orders are sent with DHL Service Point to a delivery point near you. NOTE! The package remains at the delivery point for 14 calendar days. We are not able to deliver to box addresses. Within Sweden, free shipping for purchases over 1000 SEK, otherwise shipping cost 75 SEK

Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of the item being delivered and get back the amount you paid. The product must be in unchanged condition, ie must not be used but may of course have been unpacked and carefully checked.
The product must be returned in the original packaging and it is important that the product comes to us in undamaged condition. Otherwise, read more under “Return”. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the customer invokes the warranty and it turns out that the error is due to external damage and is therefore not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for any handling costs. Our authorized personnel will primarily determine whether the error is due to an incorrectly produced product or external damage after the product has reached the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the customer invokes the warranty.
In the event of an approved complaint, any costs will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, if the payment was made by credit card, the same account number will be credited. Refunds are made as soon as a case is closed.

Returns
In the event of a return, you must contact our customer service by phone 0478-10153 or info@Bergdalahyttan.se to obtain a return number and a return notification. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. It is your responsibility that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition, so make sure that the product is well packaged. You are responsible for the return shipping.
The return is not approved until we have checked the item. In the event of an approved return, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, if the payment was made by credit card, the same account number will be credited. Refunds will be made as soon as an approved return is received. In the event of an unauthorized return, the item will be returned and shipping will be charged. Goods returned without a valid return number will be returned to the customer and shipping will be charged.
VAT-free for companies within the EU
Invoice, Klarna
If you have a Swedish social security number or organization number, you can be invoiced and pay in arrears. For the handling cost of invoicing, we charge a fee of SEK 39. Klarna handles our invoicing, if you have any questions regarding invoicing, you are welcome to contact Klarna by phone 08 – 120 120 00. When you choose invoice as a payment method at the checkout, a customary credit check will be carried out, which means that Klarna will obtain a credit report. In the event of a payment reminder, a statutory fee of SEK 60 and penalty interest will be added according to the Interest Act. In the event of debt collection, the debt collection company’s costs and fees will be added.
Partial payment
Through a partnership with Klarna, we can offer you the opportunity to split your payment. There are several options to choose from and you choose the most suitable. Of course, you can pay the entire remaining debt at any time during the installment period. You can have from SEK 1,000 up to SEK 50,000 in your installment account. All purchases you make via Klarna’s installment service are compiled on a monthly account invoice.
You make your application for installment payment at the checkout in connection with your purchase. At the checkout, select the payment option Installment Klarna and the desired type of installment. You will be notified immediately if your application is approved and we can process your purchase immediately. If your application is not approved, you can go back to the checkout and choose an alternative payment method.
Klarna will send an account agreement for signature to your home if your purchase is higher than SEK 1500. Check that the information is correct and sign the agreement and return it in the enclosed reply envelope.

The effective interest rate for purchases of SEK 10,000 with installments of 12 months is currently 12.31%. Your application will lead to a customary credit check, which means that Klarna will obtain a credit report. Complaints / errors in delivery
If something has gone wrong in your delivery, error or damage to an item, wrong item or wrong number of items, please contact our customer service by phone 0478-10153 or info@bergdalahyttan.se. The error must be reported within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. Bergdalahyttan is responsible for all costs including transportation in the event of an approved complaint.

Transport damage
Visible damage to the goods must be reported to our customer service on telephone 0478-10153, e-mail info@bergdalahyttan.se or to DHL within a reasonable time after discovery. Hidden transport damage must be reported to our customer service on telephone 0478-10153, e-mail info@bergdalahyttan.se or to DHL within a reasonable time when they are discovered.
Unclaimed parcels
Ordered but unclaimed parcels are charged with full shipping and return shipping and 395 SEK including VAT for our costs. Special ordered items will be charged full value plus shipping and return shipping.
Cookies
Bergdalahyttan.se uses cookies to provide a smooth, well-functioning e-commerce. Cookies are used, among other things, to manage the contents of your shopping cart and your login.
